The Margaritaville at Sea Paradise will arrive at its homeport in West Palm Beach a day later than planned because of adverse weather.
The 1991-built ship was due at the Port of Palm Beach on Tuesday, October 27. Following guidance from local port authorities, the cruise line now expects it to arrive on Wednesday, October 28, weather permitting.
Guests with prepaid daily packages, such as beverage or Wi-Fi plans, will receive a prorated refund as credit to their stateroom accounts. The credit can be used toward service charges or gratuities, and any unused amount will be returned to the original form of payment. The company is also offering a $50 future cruise credit.
Passengers scheduled to board on October 27 can rebook without fees by calling 1.800.814.7100. The ship’s planned itinerary is a three-night Bahamas cruise from West Palm Beach, including a day at sea and a stop in Nassau.
Separately, Margaritaville at Sea is preparing the Beachcomber for its maiden cruise, scheduled for early 2027. The vessel began a conversion project at the Harland & Wolff shipyard earlier this year.
