Cunard’s Queen Anne Embarks on Her Inaugural World Cruise from Southampton UK

Cunard’s newest ship, MS Queen Anne, has embarked on its first world cruise, setting sail from Southampton, UK, on January 9, 2025. This 108-day journey follows the ship’s roundtrip voyage that began on January 7 from Hamburg, Germany.

The cruise itinerary includes visits to 32 ports across 20 countries, covering a journey through the Americas, Australasia, Asia, Africa, and the Mediterranean. The voyage will conclude in Hamburg on April 29, 2025.

Before the departure from Germany, guests celebrated with a gala event at Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg, which featured a champagne reception, dinner, and live performances, embodying the elegance that Cunard is known for.

The cruise features a classic Transatlantic Crossing from the UK to the USA and includes stops at major cities such as New York City, San Francisco, Honolulu, Sydney, and Hong Kong. The itinerary also includes a transit through the Panama Canal.

While many travelers are set to enjoy the full 112-day circumnavigation, Cunard offers shorter segments for those looking to partake in specific legs of the journey.

Queen Anne, launched in 2024 as Cunard’s fourth vessel, marks a new era of luxury cruising and signifies a blend of elegance and innovation, adding to the legacy of Cunard’s fleet.
