Wilderness Adventurer Set to Restart Glacier Bay Alaska Expeditions in 2025 with UnCruise Adventures

UnCruise Adventures has announced the reintroduction of the Wilderness Adventurer ship for Glacier Bay expeditions starting in 2025. This decision stems from the overwhelming demand for the popular Glacier Bay Adventure itinerary, which includes two full days in Glacier Bay.

Captain Dan Blanchard, CEO and Founder of UnCruise Adventures, has overseen recent updates to the ship, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategy to maintain its reputation as a top provider of immersive small-ship cruising. Bookings for the 2025 season are already robust, with many departures sold out, leading to the need for additional capacity on the Wilderness Adventurer, which accommodates up to 60 guests at a nearly 2:1 guest-to-crew ratio, allowing for personalized service.

The Wilderness Adventurer is a 160-ft USA-flagged ship that has undergone thoughtful enhancements to improve the onboard experience while complying with safety and environmental regulations. Its return emphasizes UnCruise’s commitment to providing intimate, nature-focused experiences that the brand is known for.
