Oceania Cruises Introduces New Enhanced Dining Room Menus Aboard the Allura Ship

Oceania Cruises is set to enhance the dining experience on its newest ship, Allura, which is scheduled to debut in July 2025. The cruise line has developed over 270 new recipes for The Grand Dining Room (MDR), which serves as a key feature across its fleet of luxury vessels.

Highlights of the revamped dining offerings include a dedicated Signature Eggs Benedict section on the breakfast menu and a lunch menu inspired by French bistro classics. For dinner, guests can expect sophisticated interpretations of traditional dishes such as Beef Wellington with Shiraz red wine sauce and Maine lobster served with risotto primavera.

Breakfast will see an assortment of refined presentations and a wide selection, featuring variations of Eggs Benedict and daily specials. The all-new lunch experience in the MDR will transform into La Brasserie, highlighting French bistro-inspired dishes along with vegetarian options and a curated cheese and charcuterie selection.

The dinner service is receiving the most significant changes, with over 200 new recipes. This includes a ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ section featuring dishes curated by Chef Alexis Quaretti. Starters will be elevated with offerings like Scallop Panna Cotta and Pâté en Croûte. Entrees will include innovative creations such as Korean BBQ beef short rib and seafood vol-au-vent.

These culinary enhancements reflect Oceania’s dedication to delivering a diverse and refined dining experience for its guests at sea.
