Celebrating Four Decades of Innovation: Industry Prepares for the 40th Anniversary MHA Event

The Marine Hotel Association (MHA) is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a trade show and conference happening this week in Naples, Florida. The event gathers food and beverage suppliers, hotel representatives, and industry executives for three days of activities, highlighting the association’s achievements and future directions.

The conference marks a significant milestone and is set to attract procurement executives from major cruise lines, including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, MSC, Virgin, and Disney. With vendor spaces completely sold out, the buzz is palpable.

Held at the prestigious Naples Grande Beach Resort, the event starts on Thursday, March 27, with an opening reception. This will be followed by a tribute breakfast featuring culinary creations from the MHA Culinary Council chefs. A full day of trade show activities is slated for Friday.

In honor of the 40th anniversary, Friday night’s program includes a themed "Yacht Rock!" event along with a live auction that will benefit the association’s scholarship program. The conference will conclude on Saturday with a breakfast panel discussing supplier and cruise line relationships, followed by additional trade show hours and a relaxing beach barbecue in the evening.

All meals, along with the conference programming, are provided as part of the package for attendees, highlighting the value and community focus that MHA has cultivated over its four decades.
