Royal Caribbean Expands Royal Amplified Program: Exciting Upgrades Coming to Three Ships in 2026!
RCI-Royal Caribbean has announced a significant expansion of its Royal Amplified refurbishment program, set to enhance three of its ships in 2026: Ovation of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, and Liberty of the Seas. These upgrades are part of an ongoing effort to modernize the fleet and improve the overall guest experience.
Ovation of the Seas will see a complete redesign of its pool deck, now featuring private casitas, along with new dining venues including Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen. The ship will also introduce the Pesky Parrot Bar, a tiki-themed venue, and a music lounge called Sound Cellar. It is expected to restart its sailing schedule with Alaskan itineraries in spring 2026, which will include extended cruisetour packages.
Harmony of the Seas is scheduled for upgrades aimed at enhancing its Caribbean itineraries. Among the changes are a redesigned pool deck and the introduction of the Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, adding to its culinary offerings.
Liberty of the Seas will also undergo a major overhaul with the addition of a new escape room and revamped pool areas. It will feature refreshed dining spots, including the popular El Loco Fresh and a Starbucks. The ship is set to operate in Northern Europe from Southampton before moving to Galveston for voyages in the Western Caribbean.
These refurbishments follow prior enhancements made to Allure of the Seas and reflect Royal Caribbean’s commitment to revitalizing its services and offerings as part of the Royal Amplified program, which began in 2018.
