Following the introduction of its Explora Club in April 2025, Explora Journeys is enhancing its loyalty program with new features. Members of the Explora Club can now easily track their points and status through the My Explora Account on their website.

Members earn points for every night spent onboard, qualifying onboard purchases, and Destination Experience bookings. This allows them to unlock a growing array of exclusive benefits and privileges during their journeys.

For those yet to enroll, the company encourages travelers to join to benefit from unique experiences, personalized services, and perks like custom onboard events, savings, surprise gifts, and tailored services.

The Explora Club is now expanding its Status Match program, allowing guests from Oceania Cruises to match their loyalty status to one of the eleven participating brands. This responds to customer feedback and the high demand for Oceania’s inclusion. Travelers with eligible status can transfer their benefits to equivalent levels in the Explora Club by providing proof of their loyalty status.

The Explora Club boasts a straightforward, five-level structure—Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level brings its set of benefits, which include priority access, custom events, personal gifts, and exclusive savings.
