Costa Cancels Winter 2025-26 Middle East Program: Key Details and What to Expect
Costa Cruises has made an important announcement regarding its 2025-26 winter season, deciding to cancel its Middle East program. This decision stems from the "fluid situation" in the region, as stated by the company. Consequently, the Costa Toscana will remain in the Mediterranean, where it will focus on offering week-long and longer sailings to various destinations in Southern Europe and Northern Africa.
As a result of the cancellations, the Costa Toscana will not conduct its planned repositioning cruises to Dubai in the fall of 2025 or the opposite route in the spring of 2026. Passengers affected by these cancellations will be directly contacted by Costa.
For the time being, the Costa Toscana will proceed with its scheduled seven-day cruises in the Western Mediterranean until November 13. Following this, it has a planned seven-day cruise from Savona to Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the same date, which will also take place as scheduled.
Costa Cruises has indicated that new itineraries for the rest of the winter season will be made available on its booking channels soon.
