Australia’s largest family-owned river cruise and tour operator, APT Travel Group, has recently unveiled APT Luxury, a revamped brand focus aimed at premium river and escorted travel. This new identity emphasizes the company’s evolution while highlighting the differences between its various offerings, all rooted in a legacy that dates back to 1927.

Alongside this rebranding, APT has introduced two next-generation European riverboats: APT Ostara and APT Solara. These vessels, designed by Hecker Guthrie in Australia, each accommodate up to 154 guests with a crew of 60, offering a selection of three suite classes and a variety of dining options, including the unique Grüner Bar & Dining. This innovative dining venue features a hydraulically elevated design that offers stunning panoramic views as it moves between decks.

The Grüner Bar & Dining aims to merge local culinary influences with scenic perspectives of Europe’s waterways, while onboard amenities include a spa, fitness center, heated pool, wellness zones, and e-bikes, all embodying the luxury that APT aims to offer.
