Four Seasons I Yacht’s Maiden Season Rescheduled for Mediterranean, Caribbean Deployment Canceled

Four Seasons Yachts has announced the postponement of the inaugural voyage for its luxury yacht, Four Seasons I. This decision resulted in the cancellation of previously planned Caribbean sailings through mid-March 2026.

Passengers who had booked these Caribbean itineraries were informed that their voyages had been rescheduled. The yacht’s debut now slated to begin with a 9-night Mediterranean cruise starting March 20, 2026, will journey from Málaga to Valletta.

Expectations within the industry, along with feedback from affected travelers, indicate that the delays stem from schedule slippage during the yacht’s construction at Fincantieri’s Ancona yard, where it is currently undergoing outfitting, delaying sea trials and subsequent delivery.

Those impacted by the cancellations have been offered generous compensation options beyond standard rebooking practices. These include rebooking alternatives, full refunds, and financial assistance for non-refundable travel arrangements.
