RCI-Royal Caribbean International has officially begun constructing its 7th Oasis-class ship, marked by a steel-cutting ceremony at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard located in Saint-Nazaire, France. This significant project signifies another step in the expansion of Royal Caribbean’s largest class of ships, with expectations for its delivery set for 2028.
During the ceremony, key figures from Royal Caribbean and the shipyard alongside naval architects, engineers, and designers attended to celebrate the initiation of the ship’s fabrication.
