Silversea Unveils Exciting 2025–2026 Caribbean and Central American Cruise Season

Silversea has officially launched its Caribbean and Central American cruise program for the 2025–2026 season, commencing with the first voyage of the Silver Shadow. This kickoff is part of a series of 33 voyages scheduled to run through early March 2026.

The cruise line has designated four of its smaller ships for this region, allowing for a more intimate cruising experience with itineraries ranging from 7 to 21 days. Travelers will have the chance to visit 32 destinations across 19 countries, including exclusive access to ports that larger vessels cannot reach, such as Little Bay in Montserrat and Les Saintes in Guadeloupe. The itineraries are designed to balance visits to popular islands with lesser-known harbors, enriching guests’ understanding of local culture and daily life, supported by the line’s S.A.L.T. program.

Throughout the season, guests can sail aboard Silver Ray, Silver Spirit, Silver Shadow, and one voyage on Silver Dawn. Each ship maintains the brand’s focus on small-ship cruising, with serene interiors and attentive service. The journeys emphasize the stunning geography of the Caribbean and Central America, with diverse landscapes and rich histories.

One highlighted voyage, a 10-day journey on Silver Ray starting from Fort Lauderdale in early December 2025, will visit notable ports like San Juan, St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Gustavia on St. Barths, and Basseterre in St. Kitts, with opportunities for cooking sessions that explore the region’s culinary diversity.

A second similar voyage aboard Silver Ray is set for late January 2026, featuring stops at San Juan, St. John, St. Barts, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Virgin Gorda, where guests can discover natural wonders like Devil’s Bay and Gorda Peak.

Silver Spirit will also commence operations with two seven-day itineraries from Barbados in December 2025, covering islands such as St. Lucia, Martinique, and Grenada. Adventurous activities include plantation tours, coastal excursions, and snorkeling.

In February 2026, Silver Shadow will offer a unique itinerary traveling from Barbados to Saint Maarten, with stops that include Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Antigua and Barbuda. Shore excursions will provide hands-on culinary experiences and opportunities to explore local ecosystems.

The Silver Shadow will also operate a week-long round trip from Saint Maarten in late February, featuring stops in Antigua, St. Thomas, Montserrat, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Guadeloupe — with options for snorkeling, kayaking, and hiking for those seeking a more active experience.
