Cunard’s Queen Anne Launches World Cruise from Southampton: An Unforgettable Journey Awaits!
Cunard’s Queen Anne launched its inaugural world cruise from Southampton, embarking on an extensive 110-night journey that promises visits to 30 ports across multiple continents. The cruise will take passengers to stunning destinations including the Canary Islands, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
Notably, the itinerary includes overnight stays in vibrant cities such as Cape Town, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Los Angeles, allowing travelers to fully immerse themselves in local experiences. Additional ports of call feature evening departures from locations like Port Elizabeth, Colombo, and Honolulu.
After setting sail from Southampton, the Queen Anne will first traverse the south towards the Canary Islands and Cape Verde, before heading to Namibia and South Africa, including a passage around the historic Cape of Good Hope. The ship will then explore the Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia, making stops at Reunion, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Singapore.
As the voyage progresses towards Australia, the itinerary includes detours to Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Indonesia, before reaching Australian shores in Darwin, Airlie Beach, Brisbane, and Sydney. Following its stay in Australia, the ship will visit the South Pacific Islands, including Vanuatu and Fiji.
On the return journey to Southampton, the Queen Anne plans to dock in Hawaii, California, and Guatemala. Ultimately, the cruise will navigate the Panama Canal, stopping at ports in the Caribbean and Florida before completing its circumnavigation back to the UK on April 30, 2026.
In addition to the Queen Anne, Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 is also scheduled for a world cruise during the 2025-26 winter season, offering its own captivating itinerary that spans North America, the Caribbean, and more.
