Azamara Unveils Fleetwide “Azamara Forward” Enhancement Program for Elevated Voyages

Azamara Cruises has unveiled "Azamara Forward," an ambitious fleet enhancement initiative that represents the most extensive refurbishment effort to date for the company. This program includes a wide range of upgrades across all its vessels, emphasizing new dining options, redesigned public areas, fresh accommodations, and the introduction of new premium suites aimed at enhancing the upscale small-ship experience.

A significant feature of Azamara Forward is the launch of newly dedicated venues and renovated spaces throughout the fleet. Notable additions include a Chef’s Table restaurant, an upgraded Discoveries Restaurant, a revamped Atlas Bar, and a completely remodeled Cabaret Lounge. All staterooms and suites will receive interior updates, while spa facilities and other public spaces will also see enhancements.

The refurbishment will debut on Azamara Quest, which will receive exclusive features, including a brand-new Penthouse Deck at the top of the ship that will house 12 premier suites. This new deck will consist of two Panorama Suites and ten Grandview Suites, providing elevated views and enhanced privacy, while the existing Sun Deck will remain above for open-air relaxation.

The new Panorama Suites will become Azamara Quest’s largest accommodations, featuring separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, spacious bathrooms, and top-tier onboard services including personalized butler service. The Grandview Suites will offer modern comfort with floor-to-ceiling ocean views and upgraded bathrooms, as well as access to suite-level amenities.

Culinary improvements are central to the initiative, with the Chef’s Table offering regionally inspired tasting menus that resonate with the ship’s itineraries, complete with themes, guest chefs, and curated dining experiences. The Atlas Bar will be redesigned to serve as a central gathering place, offering destination-inspired cocktails.

Other fleet-wide enhancements will involve a comprehensive remodeling of The Cabaret Lounge, refreshed staterooms with lighter décor, and a revitalized Discoveries Restaurant with new lighting and finishes. The Sanctum Spa will feature redesigned treatment rooms, with updated public restrooms aligning with the new aesthetics throughout the ships.

Azamara Forward is set to kick off with Azamara Quest’s inaugural cruise on December 18, 2026, leading into the ship’s planned World Cruise in 2027. Subsequent renovations for Azamara Onward, Azamara Journey, and Azamara Pursuit are scheduled to follow, marking a significant evolution for the brand as it combines updated designs and amenities with its signature destination-focused experience.
