Azamara Unveils Fleetwide “Azamara Forward” Enhancement Program: What to Expect!

Azamara Cruises has announced the launch of "Azamara Forward," a comprehensive enhancement program aimed at refurbishing its fleet more extensively than ever before. This initiative will feature upgrades across all ships, including new dining concepts, redesigned public areas, renovated accommodations, and the introduction of premium suites, all tailored to enhance the upscale small-ship experience.

Key highlights of Azamara Forward include the introduction of new venues such as a Chef’s Table restaurant dedicated to private dining with regionally inspired tasting menus, a revamped Discoveries Restaurant, and a redesigned Atlas Bar. Moreover, The Cabaret Lounge will undergo a complete refurbishment. All staterooms and suites will receive updates, as will spa facilities and other public spaces.

The first ship to showcase these changes will be the Azamara Quest, set to debut the program on December 18, 2026. This ship will feature significant upgrades, including a new Penthouse Deck that will house twelve premier suites, including two Panorama Suites with expansive ocean views and increased privacy. The Grandview Suites on the same deck will focus on contemporary comfort with floor-to-ceiling views and upgraded bathrooms.

Culinary experiences will be enhanced significantly, with the Chef’s Table restaurant offering various rotating themes and events connecting local market visits to onboard meals. The Atlas Bar, already introduced on Azamara Onward, will be redesigned and implemented across the fleet, serving as a prominent social space.

Additional improvements will include new decor featuring lighter tones throughout staterooms, a redesigned Cabaret Lounge, and upgraded spa treatment areas. Azamara forward signals a strategic evolution for the cruise line, marrying updated amenities with the unique destination-focused travel experience that has long been a hallmark of Azamara’s operations.

Following Azamara Quest, Azamara Onward is expected to receive similar upgrades in 2027, with refurbishments for Azamara Journey and Azamara Pursuit to be confirmed later.
