David W. Kelly, the Chief Operating Officer of Victory Cruise Lines, praised Bailey’s distinctive expertise, asserting that his background in global hospitality and cruising will significantly enhance the luxury experience offered by the company. Prior to this role, Bailey was the president and owner of RAB Hospitality and has held leadership positions with renowned brands like The Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara, among others.
Bailey’s familiarity with Victory Cruise Lines, having previously collaborated in a consulting capacity on guest experience strategies, has positioned him to seamlessly align with the company’s values and vision as it embarks on a new growth phase.
