Upcoming DCL Deployments: Disney Wish in Europe and Disney Adventure in Asia
Disney Cruise Line is gearing up for significant expansions in 2026 and 2027 with the deployment of two of its ships, the Disney Wish and the Disney Adventure.
The Disney Wish is set to embark on an exciting European cruise season from May to September 2027. It will operate a variety of itineraries ranging from 3 to 10 nights departing from prominent ports including Southampton, Barcelona, and Civitavecchia (Rome). Notably, this season will explore new destinations, such as Zadar in Croatia, Trieste (near Venice) in Italy, and Hellesylt in Norway, alongside more established European port calls.
Meanwhile, the Disney Adventure is making plans to base itself in Singapore, marking the first time a Disney ship will operate regularly in Asia. After departing from Los Angeles, it will arrive in Singapore for its inaugural Asian sailings on March 10th, 2026. In preparation for its launch, a captivating multimedia display featuring beloved Disney characters and themes will be unveiled at Changi Airport, coinciding with the ship’s debut.
This strategic move into Asia signifies Disney Cruise Line’s commitment to expanding its reach in the market, with operational programming expected to commence shortly after the ship’s arrival.
