Marella Cruises Unveils Exciting Entertainment Line-Up for 30th Anniversary Sailings
Marella Cruises has announced an exciting lineup of entertainment for its 30th anniversary sailings, set to kick off on May 1st across its five-ship fleet. The special voyages will showcase a variety of live performances and celebrity appearances, featuring artists like Pixie Lott, Lemar, Fleur East, Boyzlife, and La Voix.
One of the highlights will be Pixie Lott performing aboard the Marella Discovery during its anniversary cruise, while Lemar will entertain passengers on Marella Explorer 2. Michaela Strachan will not only join Lemar but will also host a Q&A session on Marella Voyager. Additionally, Fleur East will take the stage on Marella Discovery 2, coinciding with a guest interview with Michael Edwards. Other onboard events include performances by Boyzlife during a sailing from Palma on Marella Explorer and a guest appearance by Anthea Turner, who will discuss her career.
Each of these seven-night voyages will celebrate themes related to the company’s founding year, 1996, featuring a birthday gala and “Party Like It’s 1996” events, along with trivia sessions highlighting the music and culture of the ’90s.
Marella Cruises’ Chief Executive, Chris Hackney, expressed that the anniversary events are designed to celebrate three decades of the brand in the UK cruise market, emphasizing a nostalgic atmosphere through themed entertainment and engaging activities.
