MSC Cruises Expands Yacht Club Concept to All MUSICA-Class Ships: A New Era of Luxury at Sea
MSC Cruises has announced the expansion of its Yacht Club concept to encompass the MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, enhancing the premium accommodation options aboard these vessels. This initiative comes as part of a refurbishment program during scheduled dry-dock periods, during which the ships will be updated to include a Yacht Club complex featuring 63 suites, along with exclusive lounge, restaurant, and sun deck facilities. Access to these spaces will be limited and guests will benefit from ongoing butler and concierge services.
The refurbishment will also see significant improvements made to public and hotel areas, including the introduction of new specialty dining options such as the Butcher’s Cut steakhouse and Kaito Sushi Bar, as well as enhancements to the MSC Aurea Spa with expanded thermal facilities and upgraded fitness areas.
The upgrades for MSC Musica are expected to be completed by late 2026, aligning with its planned deployment in South America. Following this, MSC Orchestra will undergo its refurbishment in early 2027, ahead of its Mediterranean voyages from Bari.
Once these two ships are enhanced, the Yacht Club concept will be available on all four ships in the Musica class and will have expanded to a total of 19 ships in the MSC fleet, underscoring a commitment to providing unique onboard experiences for guests on larger vessels.
Following the enhancements, MSC Musica will offer itineraries in South America from November 2026 to April 2027, after which it will move to the Mediterranean. Similarly, MSC Orchestra will commence sailings in the Eastern Mediterranean in the spring of 2027, connecting Greece and Türkiye.
