The Disney Believe, the newest ship in Disney Cruise Line’s Wish class, is scheduled to make its maiden voyage on December 18, 2027. It will sail four- and five-night itineraries to the Bahamas and Caribbean from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. Bookings are set to open October 19.
The ship’s theme centers on characters who dare to dream and believe in themselves, with new shows, dining venues and spaces inspired by Disney stories.
A new Encanto stage production
For the first time, Encanto will be adapted as a full-scale Disney Cruise Line stage show. The ship’s entertainment lineup will also include a reimagined production of Tangled and Disney Seas the Adventure, a Wish-class show featuring Disney and Pixar characters and songs.
A new family experience in the ship’s entertainment hub, Gazelle, will bring Zootopia characters Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde aboard as they lead guests in solving a case.
Themed lounges and dining
The Disney Believe will introduce several lounges:
- Wishing Well, inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, will feature castle-inspired design, stained glass and details drawing on the film.
- Sea Notes, a piano lounge themed around The Little Mermaid, will include an ocean-inspired atmosphere and a pearlescent piano.
- Skygazers, a pub imagined as a magical observatory, will offer an evening-sky theme.
- Haunted Mansion Parlor will return with a new selection of drinks.
The main dining restaurants will include Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, set in a Frozen-inspired summer house, alongside 1923 and Worlds of Marvel.
Guests can also visit Joyful Sweets, an Inside Out 2-inspired shop with more than 20 gelato and ice cream flavors, or stop by two themed cafés: Café Kakamora, inspired by Moana, and Big Hero Sips, inspired by Big Hero 6.
Staterooms and suites
Staterooms will feature themes based on Moana, Coco and Inside Out. Concierge rooms will draw inspiration from Peter Pan, while select ocean-view rooms above the bridge will feature Toy Story.
The ship’s royal suites will include the Little Mermaid-themed Royal Reef Suite and the Beauty and the Beast-inspired Royal Rose Suite. Its distinctive Believe Tower Suite, located in the forward funnel, takes inspiration from Magic Kingdom Park and features two stories, fireworks- and balloon-inspired lighting, and artwork depicting Cinderella Castle.
The Disney Believe joins the Wish-class fleet alongside the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny. Another Wish-class ship is planned to sail from Tokyo in the future.
