Norwegian Spirit’s 2026 Summer Itinerary Features a Diverse Mix of Pacific Ports

The Norwegian Spirit is slated to navigate through three Pacific Ocean regions during the 2026 summer season for Norwegian Cruise Line.

This strategic move, described as guest-centric, will see the vessel charting courses across the South Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Following a winter stint in Australia and New Zealand, the ship, constructed in 1999, commences its summer journeys on April 22, 2026.

The scheduled voyages predominantly consist of open-jaw cruises from Sydney, Papeete, Honolulu, and a newly introduced port of call at Lautoka for the cruise line.

The line is offering 11- and 13-day cruises until July 3, 2026, covering various destinations such as New Caledonia, Fiji, Samoa Islands, French Polynesia, and Hawaii.

Subsequently, between July and September 2026, the Norwegian Spirit will also provide cruise options to Alaska and Hawaii.

These open-jaw sailings, starting from Honolulu or Vancouver, feature a mix of Alaskan and Hawaiian locales.

Dubbed as “Fire and Ice” voyages, the 16-night itineraries include stops in Kahului (Maui), Hilo, Nawiliwili (Kauai), Kailua Kona, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Skagway, Sitka, and Juneau.

This deployment is part of the recently unveiled summer 2026 itineraries by Norwegian Cruise Line.

Alongside the Norwegian Spirit, four additional ships, the Norwegian Encore, the Norwegian Bliss, the Norwegian Joy, and the Norwegian Jade, are set to navigate Alaska.

The cruise line is also enhancing its European presence with eight ships cruising to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.

A standout feature of the announced routes also includes a return to Philadelphia after a 15-year hiatus, with the Norwegian Jewel initiating cruises to Bermuda from this new homeport.
