MSC World America to Introduce First-Ever Eataly Restaurant at Sea in 2025!

MSC Cruises is set to unveil a unique dining experience at sea with the debut of MSC World America in April 2025. This exciting launch will feature the inaugural Eataly restaurant on a cruise ship, an initiative in partnership with Eataly, celebrated for its authentic Italian cuisine and fine wines. The restaurant is part of the ship’s extensive dining options, which are designed to merge MSC’s European charm with a strong emphasis on the American market.

The MSC World America will be home-ported in PortMiami, Florida, and will sail throughout the Caribbean. The ship aims to maximize dining choices with a total of 19 venues, which encompass 4 main restaurants, 2 casual buffet options, and several specialty dining choices. Key highlights include:

Eataly at Sea

The newly introduced Eataly restaurant on MSC World America will feature premium Italian dishes, with a menu filled with both classic favorites and exclusive offerings available only on board. Guests can look forward to a selection of quality ingredients sourced from Italy, freshly made pasta, and an ambiance that embodies authentic Italian dining traditions. An open kitchen setup will provide diners with a view of the cooking process, enhancing their culinary experience.

Specialty Dining Concepts

Along with Eataly, the ship will present 5 specialty dining venues, including popular spots such as Kaito Sushi Bar, Kaito Teppanyaki, Butcher’s Cut steakhouse, and Hola! Tacos & Cantina. A new addition to the dining lineup is Paxos Greek Restaurant, serving fresh Mediterranean seafood, with options for outdoor dining and a rooftop lounge offering cocktails and appetizer platters. Guests can savor traditional Greek meals like mezes, moussaka, and lamb kleftiko, complemented by live music performances during dinner.

Dining on the Go

For guests looking for quick meal options, MSC World America will feature 5 fast-casual dining concepts, including:

• Paxos on the Go: Serving genuine Greek street food such as souvlaki and fritto misto in the Promenade area.
• Promenade Bites: Offering classic American street food, including hotdogs and street corn.
• The Harbour Bar & Bites: Presenting snacks like empanadas and burritos in the Family Aventura zone.
• La Boca Grill: A pizzeria located in the Aqua Deck area.
• Luna Park Pizza & Burger: Serving beloved American dishes in the Galleria area, available throughout the day and into the night.

All itineraries of the MSC World America will include a stop at MSC Ocean Cay, MSC’s exclusive Bahamian island.
