Luftner-Amadeus River Cruises Unveils 2026 Itineraries for Early Booking
Luftner-Amadeus River Cruises has opened reservations for its 2026 river cruise itineraries across the AMADEUS fleet. This upcoming season will feature a broader selection of shore excursions targeted at those interested in culture, sports, and nature.
The new "AMADEUS Active" program will offer additional cycling tours in cities such as Vienna, Bamberg, and Amsterdam. There will also be new hiking opportunities in Linz and Oberwesel, along with vineyard explorations near Bernkastel.
For food enthusiasts, the "AMADEUS Taste" category presents tours focused on regional delicacies, including visits to Passau, wine tastings in Koblenz, Cochem, and Rudesheim. Other culinary excursions will include a trip to the "Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse" market hall in Lyon and a visit to a truffle farm in Grignan.
Onboard experiences are set to be enriched under the "AMADEUS Experience" theme, including waltz courses, concerts along the Rhine, and an evening dedicated to "Budapest by Night," featuring a folkloric program alongside chanson evenings on select French cruises.
In addition to the standard offerings, the 2026 program will include themed cruises focused on golf and music. A standout is the Andre Rieu Cruise from Cologne to Amsterdam from January 5th to 11th, 2026, aboard the AMADEUS Cara, culminating in a concert in Amsterdam on January 10th.
Early bookers can take advantage of attractive pricing, including options for pre-bookable excursion packages.
