HAL Announces Exciting Winter 2026-2027 Caribbean Itineraries for Holland America Line

HAL-Holland America Line has unveiled its winter itineraries for the Caribbean for the 2026-2027 season, which feature a notable increase in voyages lasting nine days or longer. Most itineraries will include a stop at Half Moon Cay, which is set to undergo significant redevelopment.

The new plans comprise 7- to 14-day routes traversing both the eastern and western Caribbean, along with a special 10-day itinerary that covers the Greater Antilles, Mexico, and Belize.

HAL’s parent company, Carnival Corporation, has rebranded the private destination as RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay. The redevelopment will involve the construction of a new pier and upgrades to the island’s northern section specifically for Carnival Cruise Line guests. The southern section will be improved solely for HAL passengers.

Upon completion, the area designated for HAL visitors will showcase a new beach club offering private beach access, enhanced beach amenities, and indoor and outdoor seating that provides views of the anchored ship. The beach club will include upgraded food and beverage services, complete with waiter service. HAL guests will continue to reach the island by tender operations.

Improvements across the island for HAL guests will feature renovated cabanas, villas, and canopy loungers. More upgrades include new retail shops, a revamped food court, an upgraded Lobster Shack, and new food trucks that will serve cuisine inspired by local destinations.

On the recreational side, the installation of pickleball courts and mobile beverage service delivered by Aperol Spritz tricycles and Bacardi Beach Buggies will be added.

The first phase of the redevelopment is expected to be completed by summer 2026, with further enhancements continuing through the end of the year.
