Virgin Voyages Unveils ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ Dining Experience on Brilliant Lady

Virgin Voyages has unveiled ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle,’ a new Spanish-inspired dining venue aboard its latest ship, the Brilliant Lady. This addition follows the recent debut of ‘Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle,’ a Chinese-themed restaurant on the Scarlet Lady.

The culinary team at ‘Rojo’ will be led by renowned chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart from the acclaimed Pittsburgh-based Spanish charcuteria Morcilla. Guests can expect standout dishes such as the Oxtail Montadito, featuring braised oxtail, caramelized onion, Mahón cheese, and crostini.

Daytime offerings will combine Razzle Dazzle’s signature brunch with a Spanish-American flair, including items like jamón croquettes, acaí bowls, pastries, and frittatas. In the evenings, the venue will evolve into a refined dining experience showcasing dishes inspired by various regions of Spain, highlighting pintxos, tapas, and larger plates.

The beverage selection for ‘Rojo’ has been crafted in collaboration with Onada Consulting from Barcelona, inspired by bars in major cities like Barcelona, Madrid, and San Sebastian. This includes a variety of artisanal vermouths, sangrias, sherries, and cava spritzes.

Designed with rich wooden accents and warm reddish-orange tones, the restaurant will feature a blend of communal and intimate seating, reflecting the communal spirit of Spanish dining.

Additionally, Virgin Voyages plans to enhance other dining venues within its fleet. ‘Extra Virgin’ will introduce new Italian offerings such as pastas and seafood risotto, while ‘Gunbae,’ the Korean BBQ venue, will add items like kimbap rolls and bulgogi fire meat.
