
Discover the New Explora Club: Exploring Journeys’ Exclusive Loyalty Program Launch
Explora Journeys has unveiled its first formal loyalty program, named the Explora Club, aimed at recognizing and rewarding guest loyalty through a structured 5-tier system. The five levels—Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond—are established based on a points-based system that factors in nights spent at sea, suite category, and additional spending on destination experiences and eligible onboard purchases. Members can earn points from spa services, specialty dining, beverages, laundry, and retail shopping, accumulating 100 points for every EUR or US$1,000 spent.
The tier thresholds are defined as follows:
- Classic: 0 points
- Silver: 1 to 5,000 points
- Gold: 5,001 to 20,000 points
- Platinum: 20,001 to 50,000 points
- Diamond: 50,001 points and above
Importantly, all prior voyages will retroactively contribute to a guest’s Explora Club level. The program was launched on April 9, 2025, and invites guests to enroll and start earning benefits, designed to increase in exclusivity with each level.
Starting in July 2025, members will access a personalized digital environment called ‘My Explora’ to view their loyalty level, benefits, and voyage history. Additionally, a status match initiative is offered for guests with loyalty standing from other luxury cruise lines.
The Explora Club offers a series of escalating benefits:
- Classic: Personalized welcome and exclusive gift.
- Silver: Birthday acknowledgments and invitations to a cocktail event with ship leadership.
- Gold: Curated turndown experience and complimentary laundry services.
- Platinum: Priority reservations and behind-the-scenes tours of the ship’s bridge and engine room.
- Diamond: Exclusive privileges, including a private shopping experience outside regular hours.
Members will also receive savings and onboard credits. All members gain access to exclusive offers, while Silver members and above can save on future voyages and receive onboard credits for wellness services and shore excursions. Notably, Diamond members are entitled to a complimentary 7-night journey for two.
Pre-voyage services are tiered as well. Every member gets early access to new journey deployments and a dedicated online portal. Starting from Silver members, priority assistance through the Explora Experience Centre is provided, while Diamond members enjoy premium services, including private airport transfers and suite upgrades, alongside participation in the President’s Journey—a special culinary and destination experience.
