Cordelia Cruises Expands Horizons with New Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka Voyages
Cordelia Cruises (India) is set to expand its operations from Chennai starting summer 2025, introducing a range of domestic and international cruise itineraries. This includes two inaugural 10-night voyages to Southeast Asia, representing the company’s first venture into longer international travels.
The first voyage will depart from Chennai on July 19, 2025, and will sail eastward to Singapore. The return leg will embark from Singapore on July 29, retracing the route back to Chennai. Along the way, passengers will enjoy stops at Phuket, Thailand; Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Singapore, providing a rich cultural experience across these three nations.
Additionally, Cordelia Cruises will offer 5-night sailings to Sri Lanka on August 11 and 18, 2025. This journey will include visits to Hambantota, Trincomalee, and Jaffna, showcasing Sri Lanka’s stunning landscapes and cultural heritage.
On the domestic front, the cruise line will operate various itineraries, including 2-night weekend cruises and extended 5-night trips to destinations like Visakhapatnam and Puducherry, as well as a one-way voyage from Chennai to Mumbai, passing through Kochi.
Travelers aboard the Empress can look forward to a variety of Indian and international dining options, live entertainment, spa and fitness facilities, a dedicated kids’ area, and numerous recreational activities, ensuring a well-rounded cruising experience.
