Fred Olsen’s Borealis Set to Return to Dover, UK for Exciting Summer 2025 Cruises

Fred Olsen’s Borealis has resumed its operations from the Port of Dover, England, with a lineup of summer 2025 cruises to various destinations including Norway, Malta, Croatia, the Azores, and Iceland.

The summer season kicked off with an 8-night cruise titled "Scenic Fjords and Falls of Norway" which left on May 28, 2025. This journey features stops at Haugesund and Bergen, along with scenic cruising through picturesque fjords such as Nordfjord, Innvikfjord, Olden, Skjolden, Lustrafjord, and Lysefjord.

Following this, the ship will embark on an 11-night "Malta & the Scenic Sights of Croatia" cruise starting June 5, 2025, stopping at ports like Tangier, Valletta, Split, Korcula, and Dubrovnik. Additionally, on July 4, 2025, Borealis will set sail for a 13-night cruise titled "Volcanic Vistas of the Azores & Madeira," visiting Praia da Vitoria, Ponta Delgada, Funchal, and Lisbon.

Accommodating up to 1,400 guests, Borealis boasts various amenities, including multiple dining options and leisure facilities. Its smaller size allows it to access ports that larger ships cannot reach.

In 2025, Dover will be one of several departure ports for Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, alongside Liverpool, Portsmouth, Southampton, Newcastle, and Rosyth.
