Carnival Cruise Line Makes a Splash: Returns to Coca-Cola Products for Guests
Carnival Cruise Line has announced a new partnership with The Coca-Cola Company, making Coca-Cola its preferred beverage brand across its North American fleet starting this summer. This change marks a return to Coca-Cola products after the line had switched to offering Pepsi products since early 2020.
Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, expressed excitement about welcoming back Coca-Cola’s diverse beverage lineup, stating that it would enhance the overall food and beverage experience for guests. She emphasized the alignment of both brands in celebrating fun, family, and memorable experiences.
Dagmar Boggs, president of Foodservice & On-Premise at The Coca-Cola Company, highlighted the partnership’s goal of enhancing the guest experience. She mentioned that guests could enjoy a variety of drinks, from a refreshing Coca-Cola with lunch to an ice-cold Topo Chico by the pool or a Powerade after exploring a new destination.
Carnival expects to have the Coca-Cola products fully integrated throughout its North American ships by the end of September 2025. Meanwhile, Carnival ships operating in Australia already serve Coca-Cola beverages.
