Virgin Voyages is set to launch its first summer season in Alaska in 2026, featuring an adults-only experience centered around slow-paced exploration. Operating on the newly introduced Brilliant Lady, the cruise line has announced a unique month-long residency program designed for travelers seeking an extended journey without family-oriented amenities.
The 2026 Alaska Summer Season Pass, revealed on December 2, allows guests to enjoy 30 consecutive days aboard the Brilliant Lady, focusing on leisurely exploration of Alaska’s stunning landscape. The ship’s modern design complements its adult-centric atmosphere, offering comfort and a range of activities tailored for relaxation.
The itinerary includes renowned Alaskan ports such as Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, and Icy Strait Point, alongside breathtaking passages through the Inside Passage, Hubbard Glacier, and Tracy Arm Fjord. This pass caters to guests who appreciate tranquility and a deep connection with the serene surroundings.
Virgin Voyages has planned four 30-day sailing periods for 2026, starting with a departure from Seattle on May 28. Pass holders will enjoy a Central Sea Terrace cabin for two, daily drink credits, included shore excursions, a glacier-focused experience, improved Wi-Fi, laundry service, thermal spa access, and priority boarding. In addition, guests will receive an outdoor equipment kit featuring a camera, binoculars, and branded apparel for their adventures.
Pricing for the season pass varies by date:
- May 28 – June 23: $26,000
- June 23 – July 23: $38,000
- July 30 – August 27: $35,000
- August 27 – September 26: $36,000
This cost includes Virgin Voyages’ Premium Fare and service charges for two. As a booking incentive, guests who reserve by January 29, 2026, can pay full fare for one guest and receive an 80% discount for a companion along with a drinks credit.
